Аннотация :  Исследование проводится с целью подтверждения необходимости транзитивного (экспериенциального) анализа стратегий научного дискурса и его синтагматики, помогающего в практике написания Введения к научным статьям в лингвистических журналах.
Для достижения поставленной цели авторы использовали методы системной функциональной лингвистики и модель CARS Дж. Суэлза (2004) – модель конструирования научного пространства. Анализ полученных результатов отражает дескриптивную статистику и квалитативный подход.
Рассматриваемые фрагменты научного дискурса характеризуются как высокие, низкие, конвенциональные и факультативные модели.
При реализации концептуального значения в качестве доминирующего выявлен реляционный процесс, а наименее распространенного – экзистенциальный.
